Hale Innovation is currently under construction as we undergo a rebranding effort. After almost 3 years in business, we've created a new logo (say Hi to the image on the left), and we've further developed our business model and service offerings. As a company founded with the primary mission of providing excellent customer service to municipalities and doing whatever it takes to help them, we're making an informative update of our qualifications and services. Hale Innovation started out as an engineering and funding firm. Due to the influx of funding needs by municipalities, we are focusing solely on the funding aspect moving forward, while still utilizing Lee Hale's engineering background. Hale Innovation provides full service funding assistance to clients. For some clients, that's simply writing a grant application here and there to lighten the load. For other clients, that's diving in as an external funding department assisting with CIP development, grant strategies, project phasing, grant administration, and even the occasional RFQ review for funding compliance. Ranging from WIFIA (USEPA) to RAISE (USDOT) and practically every FDEP, FloridaCommerce, FDEM, and Water Management District Grant out there, Hale Innovation is here to support our municipal clients. We excel at Parks and Recreation (we've won 7 FRDAP grants with no losses so far), Transportation (Complete Streets, Recreational Trails, etc.), and Utility Infrastructure (utilizing Lee's Environmental Engineering Master's Degree and 14 years of design experience).
